Refunds and exchanges will be accepted with certain restrictions, AND only when items are sent back within 14 days of when they are received.

***Please note - there will be NO returns on custom orders AND jewelry may ONLY be returned if items are defective.

If sending an item back for an exchange, PLEASE include $10 for return shipping. Buyer pays all return/exchange shipping costs.

PLEASE include a detailed note in the return/exchange package with instructions on what to do with your items! I love reminders and need a note in each package that is returned. Thank you!
